Lauren Reid Jones

I'm a product and design executive based in Los Angeles, with twenty years in apparel across lifestyle, active and athleisure.

I've led product for adidas, Reebok, Fabletics, Legends and Juicy Couture, from concept and design direction through line planning, development, sourcing and production. At Fabletics I launched the men's category from zero to $21M in three months. At Legends I led the full product organization as VP of Product, Design & Development. At Reebok I earned a U.S. design patent for a jacket that became the brand's icon.

I build product functions from the ground up: the team, the PLM, the calendars and the processes that let great product ship on time, season after season. Today I bring that same leadership to brands of every size through Elle & Reid Consulting.

I grew up in Boston, earned a BS in Apparel Design from Iowa State University, and studied at London College of Fashion.
